How To Post An Apprenticeship

If your apprenticeship program is registered and you are ready to start connecting with apprentices, visit to post apprenticeship job opportunities within your organization. Follow these steps to list your apprenticeship:

  1. From, click on ‘Sign In’ and go to to ‘Employer Job Post’
  2. Enter your username and password and then go to the ‘Post a Job’ tab
  3. Complete the ‘Post a Job’ application and make sure to say ‘Yes,’ that the apprenticeship includes classroom training
  4. Select the school that provides the classroom training
  5. Select ‘Continue’ to review your posting
  6. Select the ‘Post a Job’ button and the apprenticeship will display for job seekers and will be flagged as an apprenticeship
  7. If your apprenticeship is part of a registered program on the Eligible Training Provider List, it will also display there as an open job

Registered Apprenticeship Eligible Training Provider List

The Eligible Training Provider List shows registered apprenticeship programs in Utah. By listing your apprenticeship on the ETPL, your program gets additional exposure to prospective apprentices and provides you with the opportunity to receive funding from the Workforce Services grant. If your program is registered and you want it listed on the ETPL, contact us at or 801-707-3549. When you post a job on, these will also show on the ETPL when you mark that it is an apprenticeship.
