The Utah Apprenticeship Network strives to diversify the apprenticeship candidate pool in Utah to include at-risk youth, women, people with disabilities, veterans and people of color.

• Developing youth apprenticeship programs to onboard students into full apprenticeship and give them access to higher paying jobs after graduation
• Partnering with Utah’s Public Universities and Technical Colleges  to attend events and promote apprenticeship opportunities among students 
• Exploring opportunities to hire Utah Correctional Industries workers after their release from prison to help reduce recidivism while adding to the economy
